A single vineyard harvest from Dos Puentes´ vineyard, located in the Valle de Uco at 1000mt above sea level. This vineyard benefits from long, sunny growing days and cool nights at the foot of the Andes mountains.
Harvested by hand in the last week of April; de-stemmed and crushed. Underwent 15 days of fermentation at 25-28C in upright, conical steel tanks. Aged in new French Oak for 12 months.
This complex but approachable Cabernet opens nicely with aromas of red berries and cassis. Balanced with shades of graphite and black pepper spice, intense flavors of black fruit, chocolate and tobacco, gratify the palate. Firm tannins create a long and lasting finish.
