A Single vineyard harvest from Dos Puentes´ vineyard located in the Valle de Uco at 1100mt above sea level. This vineyard benefits from long, sunny growing days and cool nights at the foot of the Andes mountains.
The grapes are hand-picked during the first week of March. They are first pressed, and then fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. . Then, 10 % of the must finishes its fermentation in new French oak barrels. Ageing is carried out in second use French oak barrels for a period of 6 months.
Fresh and fruity, this Chardonnay bursts with tropical aromas. Subtle notes of vanilla and minerality leave a welcoming and bright finish.
