Vineyards:
A Single vineyard harvest from Dos Puentes´ vineyard located in the Valle de Uco at 1000mt above sea level. This vineyard benefits from long, sunny growing days and cool nights at the foot of the Andes mountains.
Winemaking:
A co-fermentation of the three varietals, 70% in stainless steel tanks and 30% in 2nd and 3rd use French oak barrels. Cold maceration for 24 hours at 10ºC, followed by the fermentation. Seventy percent of the blend is then stored in stainless steel tanks and 30% is stored in second and third use oak barrels for 9 months before bottling.
Tasting notes:
A smooth and inviting blend with great structure and fresh acidity. Aromas of mature red fruit and silky tannins lead to a succulent mouthfeel and well-balanced finish.
