A single vineyard harvest from Dos Puentes´ vineyard, located in the Valle de Uco at 1000mt above sea level. This vineyard benefits from long, sunny growing days and cool nights at the foot of the Andes mountains.
Harvested by hand in the last week of April; de-stemmed and crushed. Underwent 15 days of fermentation at 25-28C in upright, conical steel tanks. Aged in new French Oak for 12 months.
Aromas of ripe plums, herbal minerality and smoky spice greet you. Vibrant and lush on the palate with hints of vanilla, dark fruit, and chocolate. Smooth tannins allow for a long finish.
