Micovinication of the best parcels our vineyard at 3200ft. Rich loam to sandy loam alluvial soil with presence of calcium carbonate and limestone. This vineyard benefits from long, sunny growing days and cool nights at the foot of the Andes mountains.
Harvested by hand in the second week of April; de-stemmed and crushed. Underwent 14 days of cold fermentation in upright, conical steel tanks. Special selection of the best barrels aged in new French Oak for 12 months.
