A single vineyard harvest from Dos Puentes´ vineyard, located in the Valle de Uco at 1000mt above sea level. This vineyard benefits from long, sunny growing days and cool nights at the foot of the Andes mountains.
Harvested by hand in the third week of April; de-stemmed and crushed. Underwent 15 days of fermentation at 25-28C in upright, conical steel tanks. Aged in new French Oak for 9 months.
A complex and vibrant Cabernet Sauvignon full of spices and ripe black fruit. Expressive aromas of jammy berries along with notes of black pepper and violet. The palate offers great structure with ripe and round tannins leading to a long and lasting finish.
