A single vineyard harvest from Dos Puentes´ vineyard, located in the Valle de Uco at 1000mt above sea level. This vineyard benefits from long, sunny growing days and cool nights at the foot of the Andes mountains.
Harvested by hand in the third week of April; de-stemmed and crushed. Underwent 15 days of fermentation at 25-28C in upright, conical steel tanks. Aged in new French Oak for 9 months.
A robust and elegant wine teeming with spice and character. Pronounced aromas of black currants, red and green pepper with floral essences are met with a velvety mouthfeel and well-balanced tannins. Ripe red fruit with notes of vanilla and tobacco fill the palate and leave a long and pleasant finish.
