A single vineyard harvest from Dos Puentes´ vineyard, located in the Valle de Uco at 1100mt above sea level. This vineyard benefits from long, sunny growing days and cool nights at the foot of the Andes mountains.
Harvested by hand in the third week of April; de-stemmed and crushed. Underwent 15 days of fermentation at 25-28C in upright, conical steel tanks. Aged in new French Oak for 15 months.
An expressive blend that delicately brings together all 3 grapes. Vibrant aromas of red and black fruit are weaved together with minerality spicy pepper notes. Smooth and elegant on the palate with firm tannins and a persistent finish. Aged 15 months in new French oak.
