A single vineyard harvest from Dos Puentes´ vineyard, located in the Valle de Uco at 1100mt above sea level. This vineyard benefits from long, sunny growing days and cool nights at the foot of the Andes mountains.
Harvested by hand in the first week of April; de-stemmed and crushed. Underwent 15 days of fermentation at 25-28C in upright, conical steel tanks. Aged in new French Oak for 18 months.
Elegant and expressive, this delicate Pinot Noir brings out complex aromas of mineral essences, notes of jammy mature red fruit and a touch of violet. Well balanced body with velvety tannins and fresh acidity. Notes of spices, chocolate and tobacco from time spent in oak.
