A single vineyard harvest from Dos Puentes´ vineyard, located in the Valle de Uco at 1000mt above sea level. This vineyard benefits from long, sunny growing days and cool nights at the foot of the Andes mountains.
Harvested by hand in the second week of April: de-stemmed and crushed. 15-20 days of fermentation at 24-26C in water-cooled, stainless steel tanks. 30% of the wine aged in 2° & 3°rd use oak barrels.
A full-bodied wine that is smooth and rich on the palate. Ripe plum and red fruits intertwine with mineral and floral essence typical for the region. A velvety mouthfeel leaves a fresh and well-balanced finish.
